§ 1 General These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the Nox Botanica online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the „Buy Now“ (or equivalent) button, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when I send you an order confirmation via email.

§ 3 Prices and Payment All prices are final prices including VAT (where applicable) and plus shipping costs. Payment must be made in advance using the provided payment methods.

§ 4 Shipping and Delivery As each piece is made to order, please allow 10 to 20 days for production and delivery. International shipping may take longer depending on the destination and customs processing.

§ 5 Retention of Title The delivered goods remain the property of Nox Botanica until full payment has been made.
