Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal Please note that artworks by Nox Botanica are generally exempt from the right of withdrawal. According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB (German Civil Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and are produced based on an individual choice or determination by the consumer, or are clearly tailored to personal needs.

Custom-Made for You Each piece of art is produced individually upon your order (custom sizing, specific framing, or print-on-demand). Because these items are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged if you simply change your mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Your satisfaction is my priority. If your order arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at nox@nox-botanica.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. In these cases, we will immediately arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
